Corporate movie with cgi & 3d animations
Background
Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is one of the largest groups in the commercial property sector in Poland in terms of the market assets with a value of PLN 3.7 billion.
PHN has been seeking a company that will complete their project swiftly and within a tight budget. They approached us to produce a corporate video showcasing both existing buildings and future, unbuilt projects. The client expressed a desire to illustrate the construction
process of their planned investments through a brief 3D animation, incorporating CGI to blend seamlessly with the construction sites of these investments.
The main challenge:
delivering quality within low budget and time constraints
Creating a corporate movie within 3D animation and CGI within a month timeframe and a low budget presents significant challenges.
Our studio hired by PHN faced these main difficulties:
- Limited Timeframe: Efficient time management and prioritization were crucial to completing the 3D animation and drone filming within the tight deadline.
- Budget: Meeting the client’s expectations within the specified budget.
- Project Complexity: The intricate processes of 3D modeling, CGI, rendering, and filming properties with a drone in a way that the
- recorded footage could be used to integrate 3D animations demanded specialized expertise.
- Quality Expectations: Despite time constraints, delivering a high-quality final product was expected.
- Revisions and Feedback: Rapid iterations based on feedback were essential, challenging the team’s ability to make quick adjustments.
- Team Coordination: Effective communication and collaboration were crucial for keeping the project on track under a tight schedule and budget.
- Health and Well-being: The intense work pace required attention to the team’s physical and mental health, emphasizing the need for breaks and self-care.
How do we work?
Following our video conference with the client, we initially developed a concise storyboard to establish the project’s tone and direction. With the storyboard set, we promptly proceeded to work on the project. Concurrently, to adhere to the stringent deadline, we initiated the creation of 3D models for the client’s buildings. This early start on 3D modeling was crucial to ensure timely completion while meeting the client’s expectations for quality.
Immediately following the meeting, we plunged into the task at hand, carefully constructing intricate 3D models of the buildings. Despite the pressing deadline, we prioritized both speed and quality, committing extensive hours to perfect every detail of the models in accordance with the project’s requirements. Our unwavering commitment to excellence was rewarded when we delivered exceptional models precisely on time, fully meeting our client’s standards with accuracy and superior quality.
animatic
„simplified animation”
The next step was to create an “Animatic,” which is a simplified animation that shows what the project will look like. This animation is made to show the client so they can give their thoughts or approval before we finish the project. It’s a way to present ideas and plans in a lively and interesting way, better than just pictures or talking about it. We made the first animatic and then created a second version after incorporating the client’s revisions.
In the animatic phase, we lay the groundwork for your animation, serving as a blueprint that offers an early look at its potential style and movement. Using low-resolution video, we create a preview of the upcoming animation, aiming to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.
drone filming with simple CGI
Meanwhile, our filming team secured all required permissions to capture footage of the client-specified investments.

Final 3D animations scenes incorporated into the movie
The incorporation of these animations is a crucial step in the post-production phase, where all elements come together to create a cohesive and polished final product that is ready for release to audiences.
3d map of poland
The client requested minimalistic maps of Poland and a close-up of Warsaw, highlighting the cities with their investments, in uniform colors matching their brand. We created several visual concepts, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and visual appeal. Our team meticulously designed these maps to meet the client’s branding needs and effectively communicate the geographical spread of their investments. Each concept was tailored to enhance the client’s presentations and marketing materials.
the final CORPORATE MOVIE
After the client reviewed the animatic and provided feedback, we tirelessly worked day and night, collaborating closely with the film director,
marketing team, and key workers in our company to revise the animation multiple times, ensuring it reached the highest possible standard.
During this time, we also produced music with various arrangements and recorded voiceovers with both US and UK dialects to cater to different audiences. Three weeks later, we proudly presented the completed animation with bespoke music and voiceover.
